Qualifications

• Two (2) years of nursing experience OR demonstrated competency in bedside nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operational activities of the unit and organization to deliver quality family centered care.
• Oversee staffing processes and ensure appropriate assignments and skill mix.
• Monitor unit environment and ensure availability of supplies and resources for safe patient care.
• Document scheduling, occurrence reports, and quality indicators in real time.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare related field
