Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Orlando is seeking a Clinical RN Manager for Staffing Resource Float Pool to lead nursing staffing across units and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will supervise RNs and other providers, oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development while managing resources and budget.

The role requires a BSN, Florida RN license, and at least 5 years of pediatric nursing with leadership experience; MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required (BSN).
• MSN preferred in nursing leadership/administration.
• Active Florida RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in quality, safety, patient experience outcomes; plan, organize, and lead nursing care delivery.
• Supervision of all registered nurses and other providers in the clinical area.
• Recruitment and retention, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, performance review, education, and professional development.
• Responsible for efficient utilization of resources, monitoring expenses and budget compliance.
• Maintain adequate staffing coverage and justify changes based on capacity and demand.
• Provide ongoing training via orientation, competencies, in-service/Continuing education, and role transition.
