Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active Florida RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Ambulatory leadership experience preferred.
- Travel to other locations is required.
Responsibilities
- Promotes patient and family-centered care and professional nursing standards.
- Oversees ambulatory clinic staff and ensures adequate staffing and coverage.
- Provides coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Monitors budget, expenses, and resource utilization with nursing leadership.
- Ensures regulatory readiness and supports quality improvement initiatives.
