Requires RN license and BSN preferred; 2 years RN in acute care with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice is required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• 2 years RN in acute care; charge/lead nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit/department operations including patient care, hiring, and performance improvement.
• Develop workflows and protocols; supervise staff and ensure patient care excellence.
