Qualifications

• Foreign graduates must have license validated as per Ohio Board rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Support leadership in safety and compliance efforts; follow policies and procedures.
• Provide structured education to patients and families; use teach-back approach.
• Document plan of care, care delivered, and patient/family outcomes.
