Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in office/clinical support.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties for a clinical service or physician practice.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Handle incoming calls and routine inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Process billing forms and scan documents to patient records.
• Provide support to scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
