Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient care for neonatal and pediatric patients and serve as a clinical resource for physicians and nursing staff.

You will work in a full-time role focused on delivering advanced respiratory care, developing care plans, and educating families in a collaborative, impactful team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Certifications: RRT credential; PALS for ER as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and interventions.
• Assess respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Support critical care, neonatal, and pediatric respiratory services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.
