Qualifications

• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Serve as a trusted resource for physicians, nurses, patients and families.
• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions and treatments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Precept and mentor team members; collaborate with the care team.
