Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients. You’ll work as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses and families, supported by a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• PALS certification for ER staff is required for some coworkers.
• Preferred ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory therapy for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, nurses, patients and families.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Mentor and precept team members; collaborate with care teams.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control and documentation.
