Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist during procedures.
• Record vital signs and maintain vaccine, lab, and inventory logs.
• Document patient history and meds; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with immunizations and routine CLIA-waived tests.
• Handle referrals, referrals processing, and patient portal messages.
