• Take and document patient vitals (height, weight, temp, BP, pulse, resp).
• Interview patients and document medical history and medications.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist clinicians with procedures.
• Administer vaccines and manage vaccine information statements.
• Perform phlebotomy? and lab specimen collection as needed per policy.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards to ensure quality care.
