Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred; pediatric or family practice experience strongly preferred.
• CMA/RMA or equivalent credential preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with well-child visits, immunizations, and school-based or mobile pediatric services.
• Obtain and document vital signs and growth measurements.
• Prepare and assist with examinations, minor procedures, and age-appropriate care.
• Document services in the electronic health record promptly.
• Coordinate with school-based teams and mobile-unit staff to maintain patient flow.
