Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Lutheran General Residency - Pediatrics clinic. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rotating Saturday requirement and one evening shift per week.

Duties include welcoming patients, taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, assisting providers, drawing labs, and documenting in the EHR. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED plus a MA diploma or 2 years MA experience or MA certification with 2 years

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a Medical Assistant diploma or 2 years of Medical Assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour per week schedule.
• As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
