Job summary

MultiCare is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support Pediatric Primary Care clinics across the south Puget Sound region on a per diem basis. The MA-C works under licensed clinicians to perform safe clinical tasks and front-office support, with travel to multiple locations.

Requirements include WA MA-C certification and valid BLS; patient care and clerical duties are expected, with potential for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient flow with front office staff.
• Interview patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist patients in exams or treatments and venipuncture.
• Administer medications per Washington DOH regulations.
• Relay instructions to patients and families; assist with referrals and records.
