You will supervise administrative and clinical support staff, coordinate with HR, IT, Referrals, Call Center, and the Patient Business Office, and ensure inventory control and HIPAA compliance to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Healthcare office management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across three pediatric sites.
