The role collaborates with HR, IT, Referrals, Call Center, and the Patient Business Office, emphasising staff supervision, inventory control, quality initiatives, HIPAA compliance, and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a healthcare office or multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to coordinate clinical and administrative teams across sites.
