Qualifications

• Must hold MA diploma/certification or demonstrate 3 years MA experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train MA staff; monitor patient visit times and infection control.
• May assume clinical administrative duties in the absence of the Practice Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and ensure adequate supplies.
• Record intake vitals and notify clinician of abnormal findings.
• Assist with vaccines, specimen collection, and chart documentation under supervision.
• Support care management and chronic disease activities for pediatric patients.
• Ensure vaccine cold chain integrity and manage inventory.
