Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 14-year-old female in a home setting in Upper St. Clair, PA. This is a full-time position with a day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

You will perform ADLs, G-tube care, monitor seizures, administer medications, and collaborate with the family and care team to deliver family-centered pediatric care. Requires PA LPN/RN license, 6 months’ nursing experience, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart and passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
