Community Care in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an LPN for pediatric private duty care on an overnight shift. This 1:1 role supports a 5-year-old child, with duties including ADL assistance, g-tube care, vitals and seizure monitoring, and safe medication administration.

The position requires PA LPN (or RN) license, CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably home health. Join a supportive team delivering compassionate pediatric care.

Qualificações

• LPN license (PA) required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Passion for pediatric, private duty home care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing in a pediatric home setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care and feedings.
• Monitor vitals and seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with care team and family; deliver family-centered care.
