Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in New Florence, PA seeks a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing for an 8-year-old girl. This part-time overnight role offers meaningful, family-centered care in a home setting.

You will assist with ADLs, manage G-tube care, monitor vitals and seizures, administer medications safely, and communicate closely with the family and care team. A PA nursing license, CPR, and at least 6 months of pediatric/home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Provide trach/vent care.
• Monitor vitals.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered pediatric care.
