Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 12-year-old female child in Trafford, PA.

This part-time, day-shift role offers one-on-one pediatric home care with a schedule of three hours on M/W/F and five hours on T/Th, focusing on quality individualized care in a home setting. Ideal candidates hold an active PA LPN (or RN) license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience, home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings/aspiration precautions.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric home care.
