Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for an 11-year-old male child in Beaverdale, PA. This part-time, day-shift role offers Monday and Wednesday schedules (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with a focus on high-quality pediatric home care.

You will assist with ADLs, manage g-tube care, monitor seizures, and administer medications safely while maintaining clear, supportive communication with the family and care team.

Qualifications

Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
CPR certification.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Caring heart, independence, and passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Perform g-tube care, feedings, and aspiration cautions.
Monitor seizures.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
