Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric nursing for a 1-year-old girl in Gibsonia, PA. This full-time day-shift role supports a family in a home setting and offers consistent, relationship-focused care.
You will assess and assist with ADLs, g-tube care, aspiration precautions, med administration, and clear communication with the family and care team. A PA nursing license and CPR certification are required, with at least 6 months of nursing
Qualifications
- Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform g-tube care/feedings
- Aspiration precautions
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly with the care team and family
- Deliver family-centered pediatric care
