Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing for a 6-year-old boy in Venetia, PA.

This full-time day-shift role offers meaningful home-based care with consistent weekday hours. You will monitor vitals, assist with activities of daily living, manage g-tube feedings, seizures, oxygen administration, and medication delivery, while collaborating closely with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Caring, independent and passionate about pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor seizures.
• Monitor vitals.
• Administer oxygen and medications safely.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
