Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 4-year-old boy in Beaverdale, PA. This weekend day-shift role offers meaningful family-centered care and a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs, g-tube care, vitals, oxygen administration, and safe med administration. PA license, CPR, and 6+ months of nursing experience required.

Qualifications

• PA LPN nursing license required
• 6+ months nursing experience
• Pediatric care experience preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform g-tube care/feedings
• Monitor vitals
• Administer oxygen
• Administer medications safely
• Communicate with care team and family
• Provide family-centered pediatric care
