Job summary

Affiordinacure Home Care seeks compassionate LPNs to support pediatric home care cases in Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ. You will provide 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients, including trach and ventilator support, G-tube care, and medication administration in a home setting.

Flexibility is offered with weekend, overnight, and evening opportunities across multiple cases. This role emphasizes meaningful patient care, collaboration with families, and long-term case stability

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license required.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting.
• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team.

Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Multiple Pediatric Home Care Cases (Wayne, Pompton Plains & Franklin Lakes, NJ)

Affiordinacure Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support multiple pediatric home care cases throughout Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ.

These cases offer a mix of weekend, overnight, and evening opportunities, making them ideal for nurses seeking part-time, full-time, or supplemental hours.

Available Pediatric Cases

Wayne, NJ

• 15-year-old pediatric patient
• Trach and ventilator dependent
• Private duty 1:1 nursing care
• Weekend 16-hour coverage
• Potential to transition into a full 16x7 case

Pompton Plains, NJ

• Pediatric patient requiring trach, ventilator, and G-tube care
• Overnight skilled nursing support
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
• Approximately 40 hours per week available

Franklin Lakes, NJ

• Pediatric patient requiring private duty nursing support
• Transportation and care coordination assistance
• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening coverage
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting

Pay Rate

LPN: Up to $40/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
