Job summary

Affirme Home Care is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide skilled 1:1 pediatric nursing in the Liberty, NJ area. The role involves caring for a pediatric patient at home with G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support, delivering safety, comfort, and clinical stability.

You will work with a supportive pediatric clinical team on a consistent daytime schedule, offering meaningful relationship-based care and long-term case stability in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License.
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform routine G-tube care and assessments.
• Monitor the patient’s overall health status and report changes as appropriate.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the family and clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Affirme Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

Available Shifts

Coverage Needed:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Consistent daytime schedule

About the Case

• Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting

What You'll Do
