Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Newark, NJ is seeking a Pediatric LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric care.

Work across daytime, evenings, overnights, or weekends and build long‑term relationships with the families you serve. You’ll collaborate with our pediatric clinical leadership, maintain an active NJ LPN license and BLS, meet health requirements, and enjoy flexible scheduling with competitive pay at $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• 1 year pediatric experience (home or acute care).
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• New Jersey driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care — Support each child’s comfort, safety, and daily needs with compassion, patience, and clinical skill.

• Partner with families and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
