Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric home care cases across Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ. The role offers weekend, overnight, and evening opportunities with part-time, full-time, or supplemental hours.

You will provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care, monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support, and manage G-tube feeds in the home setting. This position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting.
• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and skilled nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team.

Affrmied Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric home care cases throughout Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ.

These cases offer a mix of weekend, overnight, and evening opportunities, making them ideal for nurses seeking part-time, full-time, or supplemental hours.

Available Pediatric Cases

Wayne, NJ

• 15-year-old pediatric patient
• Trach and ventilator dependent
• Private duty 1:1 nursing care
• Weekend 16-hour coverage
• Potential to transition into a full 16x7 case

Pompton Plains, NJ

• Pediatric patient requiring trach, ventilator, and G-tube care
• Overnight skilled nursing support
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
• Approximately 40 hours per week available

Franklin Lakes, NJ

• Pediatric patient requiring private duty nursing support
• Transportation and care coordination assistance
• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening coverage
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting

Pay Rate

RN: Up to $45/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
