Job summary

Affimmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients at home.
• Flexible per diem scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Ongoing clinical training and support from a dedicated team.
