Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric in-home nursing care across Fairfield County, Connecticut. We offer flexible per diem scheduling with day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts and a competitive starting rate.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable.

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.
