Based in Jacksonville, you will support trauma-informed services, handle intake, scheduling, and records management, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access and coordination across five counties.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in a health-related field and have experience with HIPAA, EHRs, scheduling, billing, and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in health, behavioral science, statistics, social services, or related field.
• Two years of relevant office experience required or equivalent through college coursework or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake documentation and coordinate appointments and client waitlists.
• Maintain client records and assist with monthly data reporting and contract-required reports.
• Support compliance-monitoring activities and coordinate referrals.
• Organize SATP team meetings and manage meeting logistics (agendas, invites, notes).
• Provide operational support to the SATP Program Coordinator and clinical staff.
• Ensure proper records retention and security in the EMR system.
