Job summary

University of Florida is seeking a Clinical Service Representative II- Peds CPT to support trauma-informed services for child abuse victims across multiple counties. You will handle intake, scheduling, records management and data reporting as part of a multidisciplinary team in a busy clinical setting.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, this full-time role supports front-line administrative tasks, client access, and program coordination while maintaining HIPAA compliance and contributing to ongoing care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant office experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in health, behavioral science, statistics, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake documentation for clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Coordinate appointments and manage client waitlist; maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare and submit Monthly data reports; review therapy staff monthly workbooks and billing.
• Enter and maintain client information in the EMR; ensure compliance with policies.
• Organize SATP team meetings; prepare agendas and distribute notes.
