Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Iowa or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• PALS certification within 12 months of hire/transfer.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 12 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Assess patients and families, develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate families and coordinate with the healthcare team.
