MercyOne Health System's inpatient pediatric unit seeks a Pediatric RN for night shifts. The unit can accommodate 8-10 pediatric patients with general medical conditions and post-surgical care. You will provide evidence-based, outcome-focused care and coordinate with families and the nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Education: Associate degree required, BSN preferred. Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter, PALS required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for pediatric patients.
• Supervise and coordinate the nursing team in the pediatric unit.
