Responsibilities include scheduling, registering, collecting information, supporting clinicians, and data entry within established procedures.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and coordinate patients, visitors and staff for appointments or procedures.
• Collect, verify, and record required information.
• Identify and report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Obtain records and results and enter data into computer systems.
• Answer, screen, and route telephone calls; provide general office support.
• Assist clinicians during examinations by taking and recording routine measurements.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
