Qualifications

• High school diploma with four years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.
• Bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain provider clinic, staffing, and on-call schedules to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Manage division referral workflows and administrative work queues, track referral status and follow up on unresolved referrals.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for patients, families, referring providers, and clinical partners regarding appointments and scheduling changes.
• Collaborate with division leadership and partners to identify and resolve patient access barriers and improve scheduling processes.
• Coordinate implementation of new clinical services, workflow improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Participate in quality and operational improvement activities focused on clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintain scheduling guidance, referral resources, and administrative procedures for consistent operations.
• Track scheduling, referrals, staffing, and operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
