Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain provider clinic, staffing, and on-call schedules to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Manage division referral workflows and administrative work queues, track referral status and follow-ups.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for patients, families, and clinical partners regarding appointments and referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to identify and resolve patient access barriers and improve processes.
• Coordinate implementation of new clinical services and workflow improvements.
• Participate in quality and operational improvement activities focused on clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintain scheduling guidance and referral management resources to support consistent operations.
• Track scheduling, referral, staffing, and operational metrics and report findings to division leadership.
