Amazing Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Texas) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Victoria. You will address speech, language, articulation, and feeding needs, while coaching caregivers and working with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer part-time schedules with consistent hours, hourly pay for supervision, pay-per-visit feeding visits, and flexible scheduling to build caseloads near your location.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child.
• Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking.
