Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Texas. You’ll assess, treat, and support children’s speech, feeding, and language development goals with family-centered plans.

Flexible scheduling is available with both part-time (fewer than 24 visits/week) and full-time (25+ visits/week) options. You’ll work with families in Round Rock and surrounding areas, supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
