Job summary

Amazing Care is seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Texas. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and coach families to support communication, feeding, and language development goals using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children with varying diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
