Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across the Bridge area in Texas. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, feeding, and swallowing challenges and collaborate with families to implement strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas required.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse pediatric needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children with varying diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child.
• Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure services meet professional standards and compliance guidelines.
