Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. You’ll support communication, feeding, and language development with evidence-based interventions for children and families.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), back-office support, caseloads near your location, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and PTO. EMR documentation and team collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.

• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
