Ascension in Illinois is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for inpatient coverage in a busy, well‑established setting. You will join a team of physicians and nurse practitioners with strong referral support and hospital resources.

The role involves care on the General Pediatric Floor and Nursery, some PICU coverage, and occasional delivery room coverage. Teaching medical students is encouraged within a supportive, mission‑driven system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed and licensed in Illinois.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsabilités

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
