Amazing Care Home Health Services in Utah is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our team in Brigham City. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to medically complex pediatric patients in home settings, focusing on quality, safety, and family collaboration.

Full-time or part-time shifts include days or nights, with travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties. Applicants must hold a Utah RN license, BLS, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nursing License within State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).
