Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a licensed nurse to join our Ogden team for in-home pediatric care. You will work with medically complex patients, delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing services in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Practical or Registered Nursing License in Utah.
• Active BLS certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy/ventilator exposure not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily care for patients while following a provider's clinical guidelines.
• Log daily clinical notes in the EMR system Kantime.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Ogden area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Schedule

Days M-F Available - Full-Time/Part-time between 8-12 hour shifts

• Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
