Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a pediatric nurse to join the Logan-area team. In this role you will care for medically complex pediatric patients, focusing your attention on one child at a time to deliver compassionate, high-quality home health services.

We offer flexible scheduling (Full-Time or Part-Time, Days or Nights) with travel between Cache and Box Elder Counties. You will document care in Kantime and follow provider guidelines to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Manage daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).
