Places You’ll Go Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring pediatric occupational therapists to provide home-based OT services. Caseload ready, flexible schedules, and full-time W-2, part-time W-2, and 1099 options.

You will assess, treat, and monitor children at home, develop individualized plans, educate families, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. A current AZ OT license, CPR, AHCCCS provider ID, Article 9, driver’s license, and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• AHCCCS provider ID, as applicable to the position.
• Article 9 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support children's functional skills, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, patient performance, and progress within required timeframes.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development and carryover of therapy goals at home.
• Collaborate with families, supervising clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate patient progress, care needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Optionally provide clinical supervision to COTAs, as qualified and authorized.

Salary Range: $73.00 To $92.00 Hourly

Flexible Employment Options

• 1099 Independent Contractor: Minimum 8 sessions per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license


• Current CPR certification


• AHCCCS provider ID, as applicable to the position


• Article 9 certification


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
