Job summary

PLACES YOU’LL GO THERAPY is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide pediatric OT services in children’s homes across Arizona, including Phoenix.

This role offers flexible scheduling, full-time W-2 or part-time options, and a process to build your caseload with support from a scheduling team and supervision.

Candidates must hold an active Arizona COTA license, CPR, Article 9, and a valid driver’s license to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Article 9 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in patients’ homes under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
• Support children in developing functional skills, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes within required timeframes.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervising therapists.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development and carryover of therapy goals at home.

Flexible Employment Options

Required Qualifications
