PLACES YOU'LL GO THERAPY is seeking Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our home health team in Arizona. You will deliver therapy to children in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress and safe discharge.

We offer scheduling flexibility, support with patient placement and caseload development, accessible leadership, and opportunities to supervise COTAs.

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR, OTD, OTR/L, or MSOT) is required.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • AHCCCS ID and Article 9 certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Experience in pediatric populations or home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Educate caregivers and family members on techniques to support progress between visits.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
  • Provide updates on patient progress, goals, and treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in care planning and ongoing treatment modifications.
  • Optional opportunities to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Key Responsibilities


As an Occupational Therapist with PYG Therapy, you will:
